Im sure everybody loves to complain about PUGs.
I do too, i hate dogs.
but we could complain in a more organized fashion if there where a chat option in the loby.
perhaps we could talk about organizing groups aswel.
Terible spam would ensue, no doubt about that so perhaps a function where loged players can actively search for groups.
something like this for example.

• (Mech type) Catapult A1 - (mech xp rank) novice - (description)"partyboat srm6"

and players could click on said mech pilot and group them for a grouped batle.

so a tl;dr

-Chatbox
-Group search window

I like this. Filters are best left up to the player on what filters are used. Chat would be a great addition, too.
