Not once have I seen a change in the behavior of anything on-board my 'Mechs; Does anyone have some evidence these things where worth money?

360 targeting appears to work for me. Target Decay, don't know. Didn't buy it.

I know ECM currently nullifies any effects of the target decay, sensor range and target info.
