No one can. It doesn't exist yet.
If it's MC you want you can get them through this website.
Cockpit items and Camo/Paint is bought in the Mech Lab

Mechs are also bought in the mechlab, whether you use MC or CB.
Right now, it is very unclear what items will eventually appear in the Shop tab, but we're all in the same boat.
