COOLMAX ZPS-1600B and Rosewill HERCULES-1600

Specs-wise they look like exact siblings, the only difference being fan size (140mm vs 135mm).

I'm almost positive they're the same exact units, but can't explain the price difference: $400 (for a house brand item) vs $250 (for a brand name item). Usually, it is kinda opposite way.

Tried to dig out some "COOLMAX ZPS-1600B vs Rosewill HERCULES-1600" info, but came up empty-handed. If somebody has good knowledge of the subject and can share it here or point me in the right direction, it'll be really great.
