Okay, so I blew up - close to the end of a game and with 1 kill + 4 Assists.

And got 0 match points...

Someone tell me I got some credits for that match or I'll have to strip all the lasers off of all my mechs and ALT+F4 whenever I drop into Caldera.

given that the end of round screen is new, I would say the bug lies with it rather than the actual game itself

as a check, look at your cbills when you come out of the round and your mech is still red - when it goes green again your cbills should have increased, if they don't then close the client and restart it and see if your cbills have gone up (sometimes the client needs a reboot to report correctly)

if it still doesn't increase then report a bug

I don't very often look at the end of round screen, but I always look at my cbills on the bottom right to check they are updating correctly

Were you carrying ammo in CT or head (and or side torsos if you have XL engine)? If so, don't do that.

Nope, SRM ammo in legs - Postponed shutdown, cooled down then postponed it again when I fired and popped.
The explosion was pretty rare, only the third or so time I have OH-popped in 1100-odd games, but since I killed someone I expected at least some reward - asApoc says, Ill have to watch my C-bills in 300 or so matches when it happens again ^^

You probably aren't use to the new End of Match screen. The default screen is how you team did against your rivals, but if you notice there is a tab at the top for your individual stats, click this to see how much cash and exp you earned.

Yeah, match points are currently meaningless and totally borked. Only worry about XP/Cb, and you have to look at personal stats to see those. It's kind of annoying.
