Currently when you buy something new for your mech (e.g. something you don't currently have in your stockpile), the UI immediately asks if you want to buy the new piece of equipment.

I propose instead of bugging you up front when you add a new piece of equipment it just goes ahead and adds the CBill cost of modification down at the bottom right. The confirmation should come up after you press Save where the dialog could come up and say something like "Are you sure you want to save and purchase the following equipment?" Then in that same dialog list out the new parts and their individual costs, the sum total and then OK and Cancel. It may need an expandable option in case the list is really large.

If you didn't purchase any new equipment, then you would just get saved normally as it does currently.

I think this would serve to helping people get a sense of each individual thing that went into the change if they spent a lot of time swapping things in and out, and also help prevent accidental purchases.

It would also get rid of the REALLY annoying continual popup.

... and let us add stuff to the current build even if we don't have enough c-bills, just to see if it works (and maybe even try it out in training)
