Finally got a chance to play Crysis 2. I was really impressed with the graphics, the amount of objects and cities/buildings on screen. I was also very impressed by the 60 FPS this bad boy churned out on my dual core with an HD 7870.

I hope as MWO progresses PGI looks to more mapping like in Crysis 2. The size & scale of the buildings & the foliage, vehicles, etc was all very epic, something I feel MWO could use some more of as optimizations come in, destructible environments, etc.

Also loved the way the game always keeps you in first person, right from the start, and hope in the tutorial etc we see similar stuff in MWO, MWO is already on this path in how we drop, etc.

On another note if anyone has played F1 2012, the tuturial in this game, the systems checks, etc is all fantastic, something worth looking too in how to build a great tutorial with your engineer stepping you through. Best tutorial I have ever played, I was highly impressed with the quality and how it made F1 driving extremely understandable and easy to get into.

Also the UI for F1 2012 is very cool, the overall design 7 lighting, and perhaps something worth reviewing for MWO designs in the future.

One more feature I'd really like to see come to fruition sometime in the future is seeing engineers &people in the mechlab fixing you mechs, working on the computer, refueling, etc, and an ability to rotate and zoom in and out on each mech as well.

A larger windowed mode option for those of us with big screens would be awesome too, I'd love to run the mechlab windowed at 1600x1200 in example.
