If the NDA requires that no one disclose their status in the CB, then maybe they shouldn't disclose when they're giving out keys. This would mean fewer disappointed people.

I'd rather they told us when each wave of invites is over..means we can stop madly checking our email and forum status.

Well, if I never got in I'd be disappointed whether they stopped giving out keys or not or told us or not.

At least this way, there is always hope that there will be more keys, and obviously if more keys are going out, we know things are going at least "ok" if not better.
