Seriously though, not being able to follow basic instructions is a clue that you either can't or won't follow them. Not saying that means they are stupid, could also be lack of impulse control, or simply not able to think logically and thus not realize the 1st step is to always RTFM, which in this case would the email.



In other words, I need to go out into the 95+ heat and mow grass so I thought I would start a topic after seeing 2 deleted posts from people who can't read.

I've never been on a forum where this dose not happen. People make honest mistakes, and sometimes your topic might seem relevant to more than one forum. If you refer to beta posts, then obviously up to the devs.

Well I am not sure what the topics were on but if they indicated at all that they were in the Beta (which it looks like they may have) then they will be banned from the Beta, and possibly the game proper into post launch.

Srsly though, what's with you people?
Someone made a mistake, or for all we know they could as well be trolls!

Why do so many people think it's their buisiness to figure out what should be done with such people?
It's not like you gain anything from having them excluded from the beta!
Maybe except for the sick pleasure of whatching someone elses misery, in which case you are disgussting!

Your chance of being selected is still below 1% at this point. No matter if there's one more or less person testing, besides you'll not be given their spot anyway!

I'm not bothered if I get selected for Beta!

I'm simply stating facts!

If you're under 18, you cannot (legally) sign an NDA.

Also I do not gain a "sick pleasure" out of other peoples misery.

People who are in Beta should have there own place that only them and the Devs can see. There they can ask all questions they want..

Most betas do have a beta forum that only testers can see. I am not positive but I would assume they have one here as well.

I'm not trying to start a flamefest, and I wasn't even talking to you specifically, I just have a bad habit of speaking my mind if something bothers me!
And for that matter, I don't get why so many have to be so presumtuous as to suggest how to handle such violations, or anything with regards to the beta-tester-selection.
I do understand the frustration some may feel for not being in the beta, hell I can even relate to a degree, but is that really a reason to make posts like this, picking on those poor "newbs" who happened to make a mistake?!? Stop to badmouth those folks, and let the devs figure out how to deal with it, I'm certain they don't need the advice...

As far as the NDA is concerned, if they ask questions on the forums that break the NDA then yes. But for general posts and threads, flaming people and calling names and making insults should not be tolerated. Seeing a thread that has already been discussed for example, then insulting that thread poster for not seeing the former thread, or finding it in a search, That to me is reason for the person making the insult, to be banned from the forums. I know this thread is about the beta, but it reminded me of seeing people sling insults and derogatory remarks against people just for asking questions they havent known were already answered. Remember, there are kids out there, who play these games, and post on forums, regardless of age limitations, being tactful and respectful on the forums should be a given.
