I've been trying to get on and download MW4: Mercs again, but I can't seem to locate the download source for it. I am assuming that they are doing something with the servers?

MekTek is done with it. Thus, there is no legal distribution of it. There are people still distributing it though. I think through GameRanger forums you can find a link.
