I really don't see a reason to buy the permanent camos. I can repaint my chassis 9 times before I could even break even from the perma camo. Put it at least open across the weight class and you got me interested.

Colors, not sure how to feel about this. They still feel expensive, the sale price is where I feel I'm comfortable at. I will buy some at the sale (and most for C-bills, just to be sure) but after they hit the 500/1000 MC, mm... no thanks.

check your stats page you might have more unless you only spent 1000 MC on paint/camo.

The actual patterns being chassis based will be a pain. Not looking forward to that a whole lot since I tend to use one mech per chassis, and that's only broken once or twice when I have two from one chassis. So the chassis basis won't change anything for me in the end. The colors... that will probably be nice. I covered the PGI misinterpretation of "micro" in micro transactions in my edited post, I might repost just that but I think it'd be better as material for a thread of it's own tbh.

Checked my stats just now, and I just got bumped about 2 million cbills. That's worth 3 basic colors unlocked for good and not the individual applications of Basic Blue that I did to make most of my mechs adhere to the original company colors. Now that is one sweet deal!

Will there be an "Owned" tab that allows you to cycle through only the colors that you actually own?

Although... if we ever got exterior speakers with mp3 capability... I'm A Barbie Girl from a Pink Atlas would be as hilarious as it was wrong...

EDIT By the way, I seem to recall some Dev Diary entry or something where it said applying pink paint to one's 'Mech would cause all of Paul's weapons to gain 100 billion light year range, instant lock-on to your mech from any distance in space-time, and the ability to ignore all distance and obstacles between the two of you.

Actually I just checked my stats and it apperas we are being refunded CBills for paint as well as MC - as I have already been refunded.

Oh and it appears I was unaware that patterns will be ten percent of unlock price for a one time use. So that may cut MC cost drastically for those of us who have a single mech from any given chassis.
