As noted elsewhere, gee, paying more than half the price of the most expensive hero mech just to paint a standard chassis is really tempting me to want to buy colors or camo.

With this pricing, it's like April Fools' Day came a couple months early, rather than Christmas coming a couple months late.

Unlock is 10 times the cost of a single, when there is nowhere close to 10 of a chassis? Wat Wat?

I might buy one or two, since they are on sale to keep in lie with my corp / lance, but I promise you I will never buy another color until you stop doing drugs. Or share the drugs. Because you're all f**k**g high.

I'm not talking about the cost, but the "unlock" vs"single use" pricing.

I went in and bought the tiger unlock for 750mc
I also bought three colors for 1000mc each (tried it with one first, then bought the other two)

The colors I can use on any mech, so no prob.

The Unlock for the camos is 750, and the single use is 75. The unlock is only for 1 chassis though. So unless you own 10 of that chassis (10 Catapults for example) you can't come out ahead. buying it for the 4 current variants would cost 300 only. This isn't a discount is robbery.

If the single use is 75 the unlock for a chassis should be like 200 or 750 for a universal unlock.

They should maybe make the perma apply if you own 4+ of any given mech.

You can use it for instance to switch between dazzle and woodland on the same chassis. And not have to pay the single cost every-time you change the pattern.

The new colours for IFF simply dont work. friendly team colours are not visible practically on the minimap unless you're running an IPS display.

With the exception that some users are now with less than were before the patch. New color/camo program - great, just don't leave users (users that had a history of MC purchases) with less than the had the day prior.

I can get an interior colour picker and buy enough paint through them to paint the inside of my house for $400.

Prices are atrocious!

Before - it cost me 900k C-bills to color each mech x7 customized mechs.

Now - can't get that same color scheme (shade no longer available), and it costs 1,800,000 C-bills per mech that I own (each is different chassis).

So it is now twice as expensive, and can't get the same colors as before???

I'm not shelling out $100 real cash just to color my mechs... Seriously, what were you thinking?

Nope. I'm mad because they deleted the camo I had paid for and expect me to shell out an additional 25$ if I want to have it back.
If they would have left the paints on, but you had to unlock them again, or let you do a per-variant color for 125mc (just like you can for the camos, at the same old price) it'd be fine. As it is it is stupid and just a money-grubbing tactic for people who want what they had yesterday.

Pricing is WAY too high. $20 to unlock Phranken (since you're paying 1000 MC for each color AND the scheme)? And that's at 50% off? Even unlocking "white" is $6. Sorry, no way.

I can buy a new mech for less than the cost of a single premium color.

1 premium color: 1000 MC
1 Spider SDR-5k: 985 MC
