Yes, sounds like a troll topic. Often times it fails to pick up my mic. On my brother's computer, Push To Talk will only work when the C3 window is in focus. It's supposed to integrate with MWO, but I haven't seen evidence of that yet aside from the checkmark in the settings menu. Does anyone know any tips/tricks to getting it to work a little better, or is it even worth it? I noticed the website for it is less than useful, with no FAQ, manual, or help page.

Are you using Windows 7? Run C3 in Administrator mode.

C3 and it's lack of support/exposure is part of the reason I'm soap boxxing for integrated VoIP. C3 only works with people who are also running the client, and are in your group before you begin the match. Otherwise it does nothing.

Issues with the PTT not working can be resolved by Running As Administraor. The same is true for other voice clients

Note that C3 is still a beta (betaception)
