Now that we have the nice new pre-game screen I think it might be a good idea to allow players to form/join a voice chat group before the match starts. This would be completely optional and if possible have options to mute players or leave chat once the game has started.

This should help Pug groups to work together and foster the team based game play that is part of the basis of MechWarrior online with out forcing players to go out side the game and use third party software like teamspeak.
