They are the same for my 4ppc stalker as they were before the patch 1.18, i memorized it before the patch. I even took the weapons off, saved it and went back in.

Yes, they decreased heat per shot from 9 to 8 on PPCs, check the patch notes.

The bigger change is the ERPPCs, from 13 heat to 11.
