They all have reseen designs, so they can still be legally used, just look at the Reseen Battlemaster on the cover of Total Warfare and Techmanual:

For Clan 'Mechs I am hoping for 45T Shadowcat and the 60T Mad Dog !
In the interim I will be playing the 50T Centurion and the 65T Catapult !

Not every mech will be in the game, and I doubt any unseen will ever make the light of day after the first law suit.

However, I hope my favorite mech, the Warhammer, does make it into the game.
