May need to play around with the color placement on some of the mechs to get it to look right.

Thanks for the replies.

I've decided I want to try and replicate the Ceti Hussars color scheme, shown on the links below.

I came up with three different color versions in my attempt to match the scheme and can't decide which is closest or looks the best.



Does Goluboy appear to have some green it to anyone else?

i think your last choice looks the clossest to the mini

as well yeah if you are not using MC colors its hard for a pattern but i was oked by my Company CO that all red design using the basic red is ok but still want to get the MC for the tiger stripe and ox blood and obsidian black

also to point out in the latest Ask the devs answered on they will implement free skins faction based on faction rank/entitlements so we might see some free skins that are just davion usable that will be better than MC cant wait for CW now

Hope they include the 1st Fedcom RCT. Tried to get all my mechs painted the blue and gold of that unit.

We're unlikely to see the canon "Davion Green" camouflage until faction color schemes are released.

You can still recreate a few specific canon units parade schemes though....

The Hunter Green is a nice shade, but too dark for my tastes. It seems you have to air on the bright side of a color to get it to show very well. Even on Alpine, dark shades can look pretty much black. That is why my Davion red and blue are bright. I already have a shade of green I like.

Yeah, same reason I opted for Manganese for blue instead of Sapphire, which came out a tad bit too dark for the Fed Com RCT. Same with the gold. Plus certain colors show up on various mechs in differing shades.

Well as for "gold," hopefully there will be metallic shades one day. Maybe even glitter!
