Battlemaster's default pattern lends itself well to a Davion Guards scheme:

What do you FedSun guys consider as a good "Davion Green"? Something like Hunter Green or Basic Green? I'm just asking.

Check it: 1st Davion Guards RCT, because that's the only dav unit a Drac like me cares about. It's flashy, and lots of Autocannons for ya:

Personally, I've been going with the basic/default green as representing the CMS Cadres, as each of the 1st NAIS, 2nd NAIS, and 3rd NAIS are described as:
  • "For ceremonial purposes, the Cadres paint their equipment in the standard Davion green."
  • "The insignia for the CMS Cadres is two diamonds, one white and one black, set upon a green shield with the words 'College of Military Sciences' emblazoned above it. Each Cadre places its numeric designation below the insignia."
So, now it is time to wait for that fateful day when CW is finally up and running, and unit emblems are made available...

EDIT: IMO (and after a bit of research), it would seem that "Rifle Green" might make a good (and perhaps even thematically appropriate, from a "FedSuns = Space British Empire/Commonwealth" perspective) stand-in for "Standard Davion Green", if such a shade is available in MWO's palette.

I've been using Camo Green for my Davion Green. Not the Dark or Light version, but the medium one. Pretty close to the Rifle Green above there.

There is no way to repaint my Founder hunchback 4G is there? Cause if there is I cant find it after working in the mechlab for an hour.

Not yet

Apparently they will be allowing painting of Hero mechs eventually, but beyond changing the stripe colour, its not possible to paint the Founders yet.

Last night I noticed all three colors for the Founder's Jenner are now selectable. I didn't check whether patterns could be applied.

Hi there, as the wish to be able to put some camo patterns on the Founder and Hero mechs arises again and again I made a thread concerning this. Please feel free to join the thread and tell PGI we would like to see that feature. They said they will listen to the players - so let them hear your voice.

I mean what about earning different camo patterns in CW and not beeing able to put them on all our mechs in the future? :D

So... from the CW blog I can see that one of the bonus items for being involved is House skins and unit decals.

That would be excellent something I pushed for back a while...
So anybody have any news on what they will look like.

Thanks for showing us your paintjobs guys... :P

Even though I'm of the Steiner faction, my Alpha Regiment uses Sulphur highlights to show its roots to House Davion as apart of the Federated Commonwealth's unity.

Nice, I hadn't thought of gold highlights, have been toying w/ the reds and blacks. Gold and blue might be cool, too.

FedCom FTW!
