Beta forum is likely to only be accessible to those that are in the beta, so if your not then you wont see it.

If you are...well you shouldn't be posting here.

Agreed, you shouldn't mention the word "beta" once you get in.
Anyway, see the forums tree, i trust you will find what you seek. It will most probably be absolutely separate section.
