If the player enters Spectate Mode, Bitching Betty's start-up sequence Audio sfx can be heard.

Steps to Reproduce
0. Boot the game.
1. Login to the game.
2. Launch a match.
3. Get destroyed and spectate
4. Observe Betty startup sound re-initializes
