the card i had saved no longer works, gets declined. tried paypal as well as another card, no go. anyone else having an issue?

Yes, it won't allow me to pay via Paypal anymore, yet a week ago it was fine.

the 3rd party payment system that MWO uses, has some stupid location check thing in it that basically means that if your IP address changes or can't be determined then it refuses the payment - MWO support can get you whitelisted to ignore the IP / location check failing
(any chance a mod can sticky one of these payment problem threads as they recur pretty regularly)
