Here's a quick picture from the local campaign with pony highlights.
The local brass could not assure us of the air superiority needed for a hot drop, so we stole a march by doubling up our pilots in the cockpit and ran a week long marathon before the defenders finaly zigged when all the smart money was on zag. We pushed a lance into the ocean where the enemy regimental Cyclops HQ is thought to be holed up in an undersea base. There are also rumors of an interrogation center where we might find our missing Mechwarriors.
Combat underwater is especially deadly as the usual recourse to ejection would be ill advised. In this pic an undersea rescue sub waits to rescue mechwarriors trapped in thier mechs.
Please enjoy the pics. as we slog through the micro campaign one weekend at a time.

Pony Script: I tried simulating the image artifacts induced by the vibrations caused from manuever, taking fire, ice, and light streaks... I think it worked well enough, let me know what you think of it.

It is noted that the story in the back will be released elsewhere, later- and one can find the cover art, like much of IDW's artists do, "clean" in their galleries.
Thusly.
Indeed, I had to trim it a bit for the meme thread to stay in forum rules, but folks that know the full image will probably appreciate the joke more.

Here's another campaign picture with pony highlights for your amusement.
We're experimenting with the Davion RCT force pool in our table top battles. This is a picture of the turning point of the battle when the AVF security detail was knocked out of action leaving the HQ general staff stranded as two infantry squads. Ponies are a natural fit for these Regimental Combat Teamsters.
Hopefully you have enjoyed the opportunity to pursue the Battletech franchise in an entertaining manner as we wait for a lobby with comunity warfare.

Welcome to June. Have some My Little Mechwarrior pics to tide you over till the advent of community warfare.
S.A.R. can be harrowing in the middle of a fight. We take a lot for granted when a mechwarrior successfully ejects in the middle of a fire fight. In this instance, a squad of foot rifles hauls a battered aristocrat through the river as a vtol rescue craft prepares to touch down.
Fighting on a moon can be quite the harrowing experience. A mechwarrior learns about vacuum breaching the hard way. Lucky for this little filly that Luna takes care of her own.
Thank you for your time in perusing these highlights from my table top campaigning. I hope you have as much fun with your hobby horse as well.
