Cheers everyone!

We are happy to announce the inclusion of our BattleMech regiment into the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth (AFFC). Formerly the MetalHeads belonged to the Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces (LCAF). We are looking forward to guard the peace alongside our Davion friends for many years to come.

Our loyalties lie with the Lyran Commonwealth and our Archon Princess Melissa Steiner.

Our home is the planet Eutin. At 8.97 LY (one jump) distance, it is basically Tharkad's backyard. Yet we're happy to kick *** for the Commonwealth anywhere.


We are happy to announce the foundation of our unit. Basically this is about finding enough like-minded players to drop in 8 vs. 8 matches more or less regularly (and 12 vs.12 once that gets implemented). We are a mildly lore oriented bunch of casual players. Most of us have played the tabletop game, older MechWarrior titles and have enjoyed the BattleTech universe for years. Some others became fans just recently through this amazing game. Most of us love Heavy Metal.

We are European based, meaning we play mostly at European hours and will move to the European servers once they get available. Once we have managed to get everything set up, we'll start looking for people who want to join us. Momentarily our website and forums are still under construction, as all of us got a lot of real-life stuff to do at the moment.

We are really looking forward to Community Warfare and hope to have enough people on board by then. Loving Heavy Metal is not a requirement to join, but I guess it helps.

Oh, and of course we only fight for House Steiner.
