To demand that they tell us whether or not we should be hopeful for the reseen is essentially a demand for them to relinquish their internal game plans, and that is not acceptable. If anyone would like to continue this discussion about the unseen and reseen mechs, it will have to be done in a mature fashion, not by threatening the game developers with pitchforks and torches. This thread is being jettisoned from the general discussion because the topic (demanding that PGI announce their internal plans for dealing with the unseen) is not a discussion about the current gameplay or the game, itself. It's a discussion about their marketing/promotional agenda.

You nor anybody else will EVER get a yes/no answer to this.
HG and fasa had a private agreement that's under, we presume, a gag order, settled out of court. Those who hold the FASA stuff are presumably still under the same agreement, and said agreement may still hold regardless of HG having or not having a legal leg to stand on.
You can:
drive yourself nuts asking for answer you will NEVER get
or
Find a way to get over it.

You are aware Battletech came about BECAUSE of "anime crap" as you so elegantly put it.
The creators wanted to recreate the battles they saw in those classic anime on the table. And Battletech was born.

No they don't. Unless the fusion reactor is powered by burning spirit and the power of friendship. And the best weapon is the power of j-rock. They just took the anime visual designs and wrapped it around a game of tanks with legs.
