Just get it done already. Teams stacking ECM is ridiculous.
Or just give it to everyone if it's so balanced since the only real counter to ECM is MORE ECM.

Glad I can lock on to people by paying attention to my surroundings. Or spotting that mech behind the mountain that my scout saw but can't spot. It doesn't matter how aware I am if he only comes into los 300meters away.
I don't have a problem with ECM as long as we both have some or we both have none. One team having a few and the other none is a huge advantage. One with no counters. You simply have to fight an uphill battle.

So? This is war, not kindergarden. Man up, arm your weapons and deal with it. One side is always going to have an advantage somewhere and ECM is really not that bad unless you just want everything to be easy for you. If that's the case fine, nerf it and have your easy game. I prefer the challenge. It's fun and I am successful against Mech's with ECM and I'm a pretty crappy pilot. I also don't need AMS to be successful against LRMs.
Besides, as soon as you nerf ECM something else will come along that makes the game too hard and the forum QQ will start all over again.
Also, rarely do I see a PUG game that has zero ECM vs ECM. It does happen and yes it's a tad unfair when it does, but no more unfair than pitching a team with multiple heavies verses a team with only one. That's a matchmaking issue.

Yeah, with the colossal buff to LRM + artemis, my AMS definitely seems neutered.
The four pieces of equipment are in a good spot to fine tune, but there should be some serious work done.

Zero ECM is really, really hard to do, and the worst thing is that it scales up as players get more skilled and start to make heavy use of targeting data. I wouldn't say that it's just "a tad" unfair. It's as good as a death sentence if everyone knows what they're doing.
