Naysayers, Doom-Mongers And Qq Merchants

I also saw an apology thread from a member who felt he had been particularly outspoken against them.
I'm sure right now PGI will, and should, be feeling pretty smug in a 'told you so' kind of way - They now have a very nice platform to build from, sky's the limit.
As for the (small minority of) naysayers, doom-mongers and QQ hissy fit queens on this forum who have spent far too much of their lives on here throwing tantrums, insulting the developers, telling us that the game is going to fail I really hope that you all feel a little bit embarrassed at your petulant behaviour, and may have even learned something about yourself, and about how you conduct yourself in public in the future.

Look at the language used so far in this thread: naysayers, doom-mongers, QQ hissy fit queens. Hardly a civil way to discuss your hobby. Are you any better than the people you're picking on?
Designing a perfectly balanced game is incredibly difficult, I'm sure. But there will always be people out there, in every game, who enjoy exploiting imbalances to have fun at other players' expense.

When you've been part of somethong for up to 29 years of your life, that something will be very dear and important to you, and your head canon, even if you know it's not the proper canon, will also be rather important, too.
They knew this when they took on the project. I hope.

Dont get your panties in a jiffy...
If you match the patch notes i.e. what has been achieved to what needs to be done...
One could now make a joke about premature ... and what she said about it

**** yes. The people we're picking on get mad at videogames. They're literally either children, or adults who think like children.

And you are getting mad at people that get mad at video games. What does that make you? Primordial slime?

Apart from the things that do not work right now and the things _they_ want to achieve as their goals...
Alone the polish that needs to be done on things like the launcher or the mechbay and yet they seem to prioritise
MC related issues instead of say correct button placement or saveable setups in the mechbay.
I really hope they want to milk some money to employ some people that have experience in leadership because
good software engineers cannot do anything if the lead sticks to bad decisions.

Or are you pointing out those who start up a hard core rant thread with no direction or information that back's up their thread?
If it is the second then it is the fault of those keeping said thread from dying, pure 10/10 troll mode if they stay on the top page.
I will be the first to admit I shared my views on how PGI was falling short on lots of things in CB and OB in the most constructive fashion I could, well up until it got so derailed. Guess what nothing wrong with that.
So don't act all high and mighty because you think you are witnessing the second coming of Mech Jesus in these last two patches. There is still a long way to go and constructive and some times hard truth criticism is going to get us to the end.
Can I get a AMEN!!!!

It should be noted that that Door should swing both ways. "They also knew this when they signed on the Project. The Dev likely hoped as well.
Apparently, many on the other side of that door just don't see it that way. Sad really.

I find when running marathons no one should win snd that my children should not be too competetive... so as not to hurt someones feelings

Not to say their aren't clever people out there who spot a problem and produce quality results.. but, in this case, that's what PGI is paying them for, no?

Isn't that what internet forums are about. Repeating the same idea and asking the same question?

It's not the same question. It's asked in a slightly different veiled way with different words that have the same meaning so it is different.
