I am sick of reading threads in the "Suggestions" forum that are basically only QQ posts with zero constructive ideas for improvement.
Could PGI just make a separate QQ forum?
(Moderators: feel free to move this to the new QQ forum)

I hear you.
Should have a sub-forum named unconstructive feedback as calling it complaining/whining/QQ would only upset them. Then move all of these uncosntructive suggestions/feedback posts from all threads (general and here) to it.

You know the "What WOULD you pay for? Specifically" thread?
Yeah, I'd pay for this.
Now, on the other hand, who's to decide what's whining and what isn't when they might have a valid point? Or what's to stop posters from saying the Devs are suppressing ideas and complaints? Or that people who have valid points might be mistakenly viewed as whiners? (Not saying it's a bad idea, just playing Devil's Advocate here.)
I'd like this, and I think it would be a good idea -- in theory.
But, as Murphy's Law has proven:
"In Theory, Practice is the same as Theory. In Practice, it isn't."
Yeah, I'd pay for this.

Easy. If they actually have constructive criticism, and a "Suggestion" on how to improve the game, it goes to the Suggestion forum.
If it is a list of things they do not like, but nothing more, it goes in the QQ Forum.
