was for more then 1 hour ... so its hard to guess ............

I updated my support ticket to let PGI know that they should probably test their patch prior implementing it. Finding out that it doesnt work after you patch and then having to make a patch to the patch is just poor planning.

My guess is that they brought the server down for maintenance, but then got greeted with the message
"Installing update 02 of 247. Please do not shut down during this time."

They probably did test it, unfortunately, you can't test it on the equipment it'll be running on until....wait for it....you put it there.
