After Lots Of Taught, I Really Beleive Overheat Should Not Remove Target Id...

As many people have said, overheat protection keeps systems
alive so you power back up automatically when colder, so target ID should remain,

Power down should remove target ID as you are completely off.

And this is my suggestion.
