I've suggested this before many, many months ago but I think given nothing like it has shown up, it's worth putting out there again.

Please, PGI, consider giving us Variant Slots on individual 'mechs, so we can preset equipment (if available) and swap on the fly. Turning a long range LRM 'mech into an SRM one is a slow process, and just buying multiple chassis isn't really a solution as not many people want to own several of the same model.

I'd pay MC for it, or I'd accept it as apart of the Premium package, but either way, I think this would be a great thing for us (Far, far more convenient) for you (A totally white hat way to make money - paying for convenience) and, well, pretty much everyone. It seems completely win/win for everybody.
