I want to send in a support email, but I am unsure of what "account" information to include. Should i just ask my question and wait for them to ask for more information?
Just in case someone wants to know, this is about me activating the 1day premium to my account that I had, then the server spent most of the day down and i couldn't play. I wanted to ask for an extension. Reason being, I am thinking about adding some premium time to my account, I just want to get an estimate of my rate of return.
