We are looking for people who want to have fun shooting giant bipedal robot space tanks with us. Our laid back non military rules and structure basically states that do what you find fun with who you want to so long as you are not being a S#%*head about it. What this means is that while we will most likely get into competitive play, it will be an organic thing. If someone wants to pull a lance or an 8 man(or future 12) together and start practicing for serious competitive play that is perfectly fine, but it would be up to the individual members to set that up and and organize it themselves with very little oversight from the unit leaders so long as they do not violate the golden rule of FLOT (Don’t Be A S@#%head to your lance mates or others).

That being said here is a bit of information concerning our code of conduct and ranking structure along with our parent clan (Gamer clan not Battletech clan )
Code of Conduct:
Our Rules are simple. Afford everyone with the same level of respect you would have for yourself. Violators of our sanctuary will be warned, those who persist will be banished. Terra is no place for the petty squabbles of Factions and Clans.
Ranking Structure
The Free Lances of Terra only has 3 ranks. Due to the numerous influences of the members who left their respective… or not so respective organizations to join us here, a complex ranking system was discarded and a new one adopted. The system focuses on responsibility, brotherhood, and mentorship. Different levels of rank determine different responsibilities that have been passed on to that member. While some consider the higher ranks to be more prestigious, all members have an equal say in policy making and job acquisition.
Rank responsibilities are as follows, and are appended to the previous ranking responsibilities:
*First Lance
-Lead Lances in drops.
-Acting Ambassadors for Foreign Relations.
-Has final word on any domestic issues.
*Lance
-Uphold the honor of the Lance.
-Teach the way of the Lance.
-Nurture Initiates.
*Initiate
-Respect your Peers.
-Respect your Brothers.
-Respect yourself.
Parent Clan (Gamer not Battletech Clan)
