Just curious if anybody has some sound advice for when I end up facing 4+ Raven mechs?

Catch one with a big SRM blast, or a pair of gauss/set of PPCs/AC20 or two and they will probably start to think about running. The smart ones run, the dumb ones think it was a lucky shot...

If you're isolated, you're screwed. Just like any other 1v4+ scénario.
If you're not, don't shoot the raven circling you. Shoot the ravens circling your teammates, Alpha them when their circling trajectory means that they have little to no transversal velocity to you.

The answer is found in your question.
Edit: Got the embedding to work.
Hah!, used to be able to play that on bass drums and guitar back in the day.
Rather than a flock of seagulls though, the OP is on about a murder of ravens (yes that's the technical term for a group of ravens... or is it crows, even still it fits), something much less common now but was a problem pre lag shield.

This, basically. If you have been cut off and are fighting down the enemy team 1v4 something has gone very wrong. Your options are as follows:
1) Try to get back to your own team.
2) Get three teammates to help you out and make it a fair fight.
3) Hang on for long enough so that the rest of your team can smash the enemy 7v4 and then finish off the ravens.
4) Explode in ball of fire.

Ravens is 'an unkindness' as opposed to 'a murder'. Which is also appropriate, I guess.
Also, 4 of anything will beast you caught on your own, especially if they're on comms.
