Hey guys, thought I'd pop in here and say that my game against you the other night was really enjoyable. I've never called zell before, and even though I was defeated it was really fun to do, so, I think I'll try that more often in the future. This time around, I knew I would probably lose*, but that kind of thing doesn't stop me from trying to win - all that matters to me, is 100% effort in the attempt.

*Especially given that the Cat A1 is my weakest mech to play. Silly basic mech unlocks, grr. Oh well. Having finished those, now that I no longer need the A1 I have had it installed where I personally prefer it to be - as the primary septic tank for the AoD dropship.

Note that this is personal opinion, I know many get great use out of that variant, including Red... hmm. Sorry I forgot his or her name, the one who I dueled in that game with you? Anyways point being that I'm sure it's a great mech, just... not for me. Heh.

We are merc and plan to be so. Hylius (the CO) is a die-hard Clan Wolf supporter, but many ELP members want nothing to do with the Clans, there's a pretty big mix of opinions.

Last time we checked, we were leaning Rasalhague/Steiner, but Merc-only was still the #1 choice far and away.

I thought the only thing we had in common with the ELH were the first two words of our name. And in my case a strong dislike for the clans.

(I consider faster heavies my personal forte... Lots of firepower, yet firepower doesn't get you that far if you're not well positioned to use it.)
