I thought of one balancing fix for ECM. When YOUR ECM is in disrupt mode, YOUR streak SRMs do not lock. This will fix the game-breaking issue of light-ECM vs light-nonECM. It will also give a much needed drawback to ECM without affecting its true purpose.
