Simple changes based on 3 available ECM modes:
Disrupt - Jam all enemy targeting equipment within 270m of the ecm source. Outside of 270m, you're fair game for any weapons system.
Protect - Shield all friendly players from being targeted outside of 270m from the ecm source. Inside 270m, you're fair game for any weapons system.
Counter - Counter either disrupt or protect effects within 270m from the counter-ecm source. You're fair game for any weapons system at any range.
This still leaves LRMs out in the cold. Maybe some wiggle room: If the ecm carrier is targeted under the 270m bubble, his/her information would be relayed to the entire team up to 540m from his/her. This makes it so LRMs can be used, but not from 'half-map' distances. (LRM boat could target but not lock on until under 540m)
