since i am playing Kurita it would be great to buy Sashimono as accessory.

i think it should be a bit smaller so it fits the world a little better, but other than that i think this would be a good addition. you should add this to the thread that is currently linked at the top of this forum.

Its has to be big so everybody knows who and where I am

Perhaps if instead of sticking up so high above the mech it could just be behind it so the top of the flag would be no higher than the top of the Atlas' head.

the purpose of it is to call out worthy opponents in battle so your suggestion would defeat the whole purpose.

not saying make it tiny but the one in that picture seems a bit absurd to me. maybe 1/2 or 2/3 of that size at least as far as height is concerned.

Dude, everything is over sized and over the top. The size of Mech "Katana's" and Hatchets are enormous. That Sashimono is rather to "scale" to the Mech itself, compared to a Medievial Samurai with Sashimono.



Later the idea of fixing the Sashimono on all units was abandoned and instead standard-bearers were charged with carrying the large banners to identify an entire unit

Good idea, and it would make use of the usually useless single head slot that's sitting empty.

Given today's technology you could probably get them to add a flashing beacon to the top of them as well. We wouldn't want to be missing you as you roam about at night now would we....

P.S. CapperDelux has the right idea but that would limit there visibility until you got behind them. Then, I bet, they would look really, really cool... lol

I remember this being suggested a few months ago. I was all for this back then and I'm all for it now.

The only problem I have with cosmetics(current and potential) is that they cost so much right now. It's six-ish dollars, for example, for a little bobblehead that only you can see...and you can only put in ONE mech. Or for a single shade of paint to get unlocked.

If they lowered the price of them, they'd increase the amount of sales dramatically. It's a lot easier to justify droppin' a dollar on cosmetics, but if it's five or more, you typically have to stop and think. Especially for something so meaningless as christmas lights in my cockpit >_>

I was wondering if you have any more pictures of your DCMS TT mechs? I love that Atlas! I have a regiment of 5th SoL, I've been working on for a few years.
