You have played more than 25 matches and don't get cadet bonus any more.

Stopped using Hero Mechs?
Premium time over?
Played your 26th game? (This would be the end of your cadet bonus).

Do better ingame. Kill more Mechs, help more allies etc. You are rewarded for how well you do.

Play hero mechs, or get premium time (or play better as well, not to say you are bad, but you can always do better
)

Premium Time gives you a 50% boost on money and XP per match - the more damage, assists and kills you do the more you get.

My biggest money maker right now is a Raven 3L with tag equipped since I haven't felt like shelling out for more premium time. I managed to rake in about 130,000 on a win with 0 kills just by tagging everything I saw and getting the assists out of it ( you get a Narc/Tag 10,000 bonus + kill assist bonus per mech). Shooting at the same mechs your team mate is shooting at and not being the one to score the kill actually nets you more money then derping everything you see. Even if you just wing something with a medium laser you get the assist if it dies.

Yes the best way to make money is to cheese the system.
Get assists on everything and kills when possible, throw on a Tag system for bonus.. Your good to go. I get 140-190 on a win and 70 ish on a loss. This is without Hero or Premium time. Throw in Hero or Premium time and your well on your way back to 400,000 a win.
Note: C-Bills do _NOT_ show well you contributed to helping your team. A spider running around that shoots 1 ML at every target and dies still gets a good payout even if they did almost zero to help the team. On the flip side an AC20 cat that nearly cores 4 Assaults and dies will get paid squat even if they turned the tide of a fight.

You're exactly right, it was annoying when the killshot go you the most xp and daul gauss or 15 med laser strikes took every kill and the associated xp. Now you just do something like this or just spray as much damage as possible and get rewarded for it. You also get 0xp for playing the objective in any way. Is there any way to make an xp system that rewards one for playing the game correctly? It seems like this is somewhat impossible
