How many people even know this exists?

If you double-click on someone in your Friends list in the regular client, it opens up a chat window where you can chat with them. When you group with people if you double click on the group leaders name it'll open a group chat window where you can all chat before and after games together.

It's also very twitchy. It will regularly just delete what you're typing. I suspect that it hates people. It is however a good way to organize with a group if you're not up for using a VOIP client.

Can this get fixed? The whole 'deletes what you're typing all the time' thing. Can that be fixed?

Also, can there be a guide put up for how to add friends, handle invites and groups? Even that the chat client exists?

Of the 8 or 12 people in my friends list that I've grouped with most of them didn't know you could chat in it. Generally the whole thing has to be explained via IMs or the like.

Is there a guide for that anywhere?
