[Vasces Diablo]

I don't actually feel this way, but it's Friday afternoon and I don't feel like working. I would instead, like to read some entertaining fan boy rage.

Also, interested to see how my people reply via topic title alone with out reading this initial post.

Since we have no earthly idea how clan mechs/tech will be handled, it's a little early for an argument in my opinion.

Not so much a desire for an easy mode, but for piloting some of the more iconic mechs in the franchise. I'll probably do what I did in MW4 which was pilot clan mechs like the timberwolf, but loaded out with inner sphere weapons for the reduced heat output. About the only clan tech which is REALLY better are the engines, heat sinks and armor. The weapons are more powerful and longer range but if DHS are only 1.4x HS, being loaded out with a full complement of clantech weapons is just going to leave you shutting down or relying on chain fire way too much. When you have half a second or so to make your shot count, you kinda wanna get all weapons downrange at the same time. If I can do that without leaving myself vulnerable from shut down too often, that's what I'm going to stick with.
