If you did the Solarise contest matches or somthing similar maybe you could win some MC or somthing else for getting to a certain point but it would need to be a very long slog out in the arena no payout if your not good enough or maybe various random rewards like colours, mech bays a pound or dollars worth in MC or even like 25 cents that could work.

Or work towards a mechbay like 5% of the way there to unlock one when you get a top ranking in an arena and only one daily arena per day. so it would take 30/40 days to unlock 1 mechbay.

it does not need to be much at all for you to have some scene of achievement and it will get people playing for longer. that makes them much more likely to play and pay.


I do pay by the way and will continue to do so

I'm not cheap and after free stuff just a suggestion

I'm divided on this...

On one hand, getting stuff normally reserved for payers for free once in a while might be a good way to encourage more playing.

On the other hand, if you can start farming MC by enormous grinding of various kinds, it increases the risk of turning MC into just another resource that will be used as the standard for certain kinds of effective equipment. In other words, if one can get MC through grind, the devs might be less hesitant to make MC-stuff required for the best builds, forcing much more grind and increasing the amount of payment equals victory.

Giving out MC is bad, I think, but giving out the occasional rare item as a specific reward for an event might be fine and fun. Like, having a The Red Planet competition day in Mars, and, like, those that got the highest amount of kills/damage/KD ratio/whatever you want to aim for during that day got a free premium red paint unlock.
