I remember in MW4, I was at the final stage of a mission in a Vulture. Lost both arms and ran out of missiles and there was one badly damaged enemy mech left. As a last resort, I used my jump jets and and landed right on the head of the mech, destroying it and leaving me severly damaged, but alive.

Would something like this be possible in MWO?

I believe they've already confirmed it, I'd give you a source but it's late and I don't remember to be honest B)

there is a skill to reduce the damage from DFA for yourself (if you are the one attacking), so yes DFA should be available. you cann look in the describtion of the skills of the attacker/defender. I dont want to search for it now^^
though I was never be able to use it successfull in MW4 -.-

Correct me if I'm wrong... but you couldn't put jumpjets on a Vulture in MW4.

crashing into others, either on foot or from above, is in game, so says either russ or bryan.

Great move !

In TT it's "simply" a dice roll away, but in MW:O, i'm guessing it's gonna be super-hard to fall on top of an ennemy 'mech...Too bad !

Well, if the Dragon has a higher stability for impact, here's hoping we get to pull off some Highlander Burial moves.
