I noticed this after refreshing my stats page and finding that my death count don't seem to be increasing as much as they should. My kills are recorded just fine, but sometimes deaths are not. I haven't found any possible reason for this or correlation with in-game events. It just happens sometimes.

It is hard to make a screen capture when you only notice after the fact.

However, it has happened to me a few times where I will see the
kill and assist notice on the left hand side but at the end, I had no kills but many assists...

Could it be that the kill is registering locally but arbitrating on the server?

We two are punching through an opponent, this could happen...

Ticket sent. It looks like this only happens if you go on to win the game after dying.

Yeah I noticed I'm missing at least one death on my stats page (website stats) than I should. I've been keeping somewhat of an eye on it since trying to up my k/d score.

I thought I was going crazy or just getting tired. I too have noticed because I have been trying to get back to a positive KDR. I got upset last night when I died without a kill but noticed it never counted the death. I did hit a 1.00 KDR last night but in reality it's actually not correct.
