Weird Graphic Glitch

hi

have a weird graphic glitch, ( see image) happens on smoke and dust etc, thought it was my graphics card so upgraded from a gt9800 to a hd6850 and still getting it, card not over heating noticed since patch nearly 2 weeks ago, re-installed game few times now and still get it ?.

any ideas
