So i download the patch and jumped in eager to try out the new stuff. and as the first map starts I just slowly loose left and right...till finally the mech wouldn't turn at all. Even the default maps of A and D to turn would now work.


Tried rebooting, didn't help
tried checking the keymap...mine were still in place
Tried changing the maps to see if it helped..no matter what key I put left and right on it wouldn't work.
checked to make sure the keyboard worked...well you can see it does I'm typing with it.
All other keys I tried worked except for left and right on either of the maps..and no I don't have a joystick installed not that it should matter for key issues

Have you
(1) Tried running the repair tool to see if anything got corrupted by the patch?

(2) If that doesn't work, have you submitted a support ticket with an explanation and a DXDiag attached?

tried a uninstall and reinstall of the game

do you just email them to start a ticket?
