Lately iv'e begun having troubles when the match is over. The computer locks itself, and I am forced to restart the whole thing, cannot even get the task manager to pop up.
I recently bought a new rig, with lots of upgrades compared to what I started playing mwo on, the thing i am most unfamiliar with is the windows 8 that came along with it. Anyone had any troubles with windows 8 on mwo or should I look deeper ?

There was a new freese bug introduced in the last patch http://mwomercs.com/...nce-last-patch/ I normally get it at the begning of a match or when i try to exit out of the close screen

i've had no problems with Windows 8.. also never heard of your problem of end of match freezing.. i'd suggest uninstalling and re-downloading MWO to see if that fixes it with all the new updates and stuff they've done...
after that maybe video driver reinstall... then worst case, a reinstall of windows on a fresh format of your hard drive.....
