i love my catapults, but this dude would be very thoroughly OP. i don't feel like sifting through any more "NERF THE CATAPULT!!!!111!!!!!!11!!!!!!1" threads in the forums.

one of the primary goals of ECM when they implemented it was to shut down all of the 6x streakSRM2 catapult A1 mechs. we do not need to add in a mech that just devours lights even more voraciously than the A1 did before.

as it is a well designed srm catapult is already a great light mech hunter. i know, i murder light mechs who don't know any better with my catapult C4 all the time.

there we go. i forgot about engine ratings.

ok you can keep your ECM and 8 missile hardpoints but you start with a 100 engine. not sure how the system for engine ratings works out but i think that means that you would not be able to mount anything over a 200.

top speed of a wopping 43 kph!!
