Most friend based online games have some way of easily identifying which in game characters are your friends. Most of them (Tribes / Battlefield) make their names or Icons Green on the map or hud. I would really like to see something like that in this game. Too often I'm attempting to stay with friends to pull off some strategy and end up following the wrong Cicada or Atlas I know that if I hold q I can see the names, but that is pretty inconvenient. If they showed as green in the hud I could easily see my friends and stay with them.

Definitely in favor of this kind of thing. I remember the first time I ran a few matches with a friend in Modern Warfare 2 and my buddy's name was blue and I could pretty much always figure out where he was.

That type of visual representation is always welcome for a team-based game...even one so simplistic as CoD. Definitely a necessity...and probably something they're working on. Hopefully. Maybe >_>
