CTRL+F "content padding" on the previous page.

You'll understand why people are getting annoyed.

I read them. It's people thinking that because we haven't seen preview screenshots, the Trenchbucket is going to be delayed. Despite the fact that there is zero proof that will happen.

Yeah - the few maps we have are too few and I am looking forward to newer and especially larger maps and all the other lovely stuff that may or not come soon.
I guess I am not just not at the same desperation point as others and not that impatient.
Do I love MWO? Yes. Do I worry every second or at the slightest inconsistency that the game will go to hell? Nope.

I already have some grey hairs because of stuff that really was worrying, no need to get more over a game :-D

To everyone, open up a nice beer, fresh from the fridge and take a deep sip. Cheers and lets hope for the best tomorrow!

Taizan, the reason why I personally am concerned is the lack of them sticking to their guns. I don't think it's entitled to get 1-3 screenshots the day before a mech is slated for launch. They have several people able to do this 30 second job. So it's not a matter of can-do but a matter of why haven't they done it yet. I'm an optimist so I believe they haven't yet because of the aforementioned Canadian holiday (http://www.timeandda...nada/family-day), but honestly this should have been foreseen and the screens should have been posted on friday.

Perhaps it is different in Switzerland, but It's professionalism and consistency which keeps customers in the North American markets. So to me it is not entitled, as a customer, to want some peace of mind that everything is on schedule.

Of course...PGI should give us a little info that everything is going well or that some content may be delayed...but again why do you have to get so worried about it? Its a virtual map and mech......is it something you really have to flame about?

People like silly games. I just did not like the feel of it too much. I guess I should not say it was awful. I was not exactly running a gaming rig while playing so that no doubt was the main issue.

His point still remains. People are complaining that PGI has not given us enough information. If the Treb and map do not come tommorow than they do not come tommorow. Why do you have to let it ruin your day? Its a game.

His point doesn't stand, it's inflammatory and uses a strawman/he didn't read the thread. No one is mad. Yes we are complained because we, as customers (i.e the people who keep this game afloat) deserve 3 print screen buttons of work for peace of mind.

Read the thread and use your critical thinking skills next time before vomiting a uninformed response, it just makes you look foolish.

An uninformed response like the one I've quoted?

People are accusing PGI of not releasing the Trenchbucket tomorrow....and it's still today. If tomorrow comes, we get patched, and there is no Trebby...then we can get mad...but until either the Trebby or the map are actually delayed...being mad about a delay that hasn't happened (or been announced) is silly.

Actually they aren't. They're accusing PGI of not having released screenshots for the Trenchbucket today. Which they haven't. Why would you read the thread title and think otherwise? No one is accusing PGI of not releasing the Trebuchet tomorrow (no one can see the future, so no one can know for sure) but no screens today does not bode well or feel any better.

This is my last post on this subject, read it, understand it.

Incorrect use of an absolute phrase. Want to scroll back through the seven pages of this topic? If a controversial topic creates seven pages of comments than someone IS mad.......

Seems we're not reading the same thread, these quoted posts sure read like accusations of missing a future deadline.

Psst...this happened once with another mech Vass...one that was delayed by 2 months.

Oh god, what if the reason they haven't revealed the new Assault was so they could show it tomorrow to placate our anger over the delay.

They're previewing it tomorrow because it's getting delayed until March.

Sip? WHAT THE HELL IS A 'sip' OF BEER? Is that the thing I've heard people do with beer where it takes more than one go to finish it?

Other than that glaring inconsistency, excellent post.

I think that this may be the best question raised thus far in this thread. Of course Kiiyor, it may be just a regional way of saying drink your beer.

So negativity because of imagined doomsaying? That's even worse. Nothing about the Trebby is officially released till tomorrow, including screenshots. All those that are accussing need to chill the frak out till tomorrow. If no trebby (screenshots 'n' all) appears, then they can grab pitchforks and start a lynchmob. Sheesh, some of you act like spoiled 3 yr olds at times.

You're a bit late. It has already been mentioned that the holiday in question is Family day, not to mention the fact that President's day is for the U.S., not Canada.

it was a holiday in Canada today, maybe that's why there wasn't a preview. it would be heartbreaking if the patch didn't include new mech and map
