Did BAP get a buff to extend ECM targeting out beyond 200m in last patch like the sensor modules along with stacking of the benefits? And if not, why not?

sure i read somewhere they intended to do it although the patch notes only include tweaks to the sensor modules, ecm now gets detected @ 250m with 2/2 rank sensor mod in.
As they still stack on non ecm mechs it's still staying on my 3l for spotter duty

Why did they make the active decision to NOT enable BAP to extend the sensor module benefit given that this is already how these techs generally augment each other for sensors? They were so keen on countering ECM with other random things like ppcs, etc yet decided to not improve BAP like sensor module. I don't think it was an oversight since it's so obvious. It must have been an active decision. Would any member of the development team like to share their reasons for withholding the ECM counter to BAP from last patch? Would it really kill Ravens to extend streak missile lock max range from 250m currently to (gasp) 270m which is the srm range limit anyway if you sport sensor mod 2/2 + BAP? The answer to the second question is yes.

I wouldnt consider PPC countering ECM, random. it should be more of an AoE effect from PPC though. PPC is "man-made lightining" so it makes perfect sense for it to interfere with ECMs, as it should also interfere with any sensor.
same for gauss rounds though not applied yet.
BAP should be more integrated with all sensors though I agree
